This privacy statement applies to all Indocs services, including our own products such as Case Management AI, and also applies when you apply for a job with us. By using this website, you accept this privacy statement.

Use of our services and products

Indocs collects and processes personal data to provide a good experience with our services, products and communications. Data is collected partly directly (for example, when you sign up for a service or apply for a job) and partly indirectly (such as through website visits or LinkedIn). Storage and processing takes place on platforms with high security standards, such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Collection and processing of personal data

  • Depending on your interaction with Indocs, we may collect the following information:
  • NAW data
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Payment details
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • IP address

 

We use this data for:

  • Communication: personal coordination, information about job applications or making appointments.
  • Services: performing services and delivering our products.
  • Providing information: news or updates within our field.
  • We do not use personal data for purposes other than those listed above unless you have given your explicit consent.

 

Security and legislation

Personal data is handled and stored with care. We apply standards appropriate to professional cloud solutions. Processing is done in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

Cookies

We use cookies to understand visitor behavior on our website so that we can improve our content and services. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you when a cookie is placed. Please note that some functionalities on the website may then not work properly.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze how visitors use the website and to measure the effect of campaigns. The information is anonymized and stored on Google servers in the US. In Analytics, all data sharing options are disabled, and IP addresses are masked.

Google may provide data to third parties only if they are legally required to do so, or if those third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have no influence on this. More information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

Third Party

Data may be shared with third parties solely for the purpose of performing services or providing products. Examples include:

  • Microsoft (when using our cloud solutions)
  • Nintex K2
  • WebMerge

These parties are carefully selected and work under processor agreements. In some cases, information may be shared internally, for example in job applications. All our employees are obliged to treat data confidentially.

Use of proprietary products

Indocs provides proprietary software products such as Case Management AI and K2 Business Apps. When using these products, personal data may be stored and processed within the application. In that case, Indocs acts as a processor on behalf of the customer, who acts as the processing controller. Processing always takes place under a processor agreement.

Data retention

Data will not be kept longer than necessary. Upon termination of a cooperation or use of a product, data may be deleted upon request, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement. Changes will always be published on this page.
