Released
CMAI Designer

Map out on one visual canvas how your team handles a case from start to finish: drag in the actions that need to be taken (tasks, approvals, notifications, decisions) and choose who is responsible for each action. The designer checks your work as you go, so you’ll notice a missing approver or a dead end before it’s rolled out. Once you publish, each new case follows the path you drew, and when the process needs to change you open the designer, adjust it and publish again.

Released
CMAI Viewer for end users.

End users can view the process steps completed for each case and see which step the process is currently in.

Released
Dashboard with insight into pending cases and statistics

The dashboard displays information about pending cases and templates. It provides insight into average processing times per case template and the number of open cases. There is also a graph showing the number of cases created per day. This helps identify bottlenecks and track trends.

Planned
Improved overview of process steps in cases

When opening a file, a clearer overview of process steps is displayed. This makes it easier to see which actions have been performed and which steps are still possible. It helps to better understand the progress and consistency of the process.

Planned
Removing deactivate button on case form

The button to deactivate cases has been removed from the toolbar. This prevents confusion between canceling a case and simply deactivating it. This keeps case handling clear and correct.

Planned
Unlock fields by action

More control over data entry. Instead of making all fields always editable, all fields can be set locked (read-only) by default. Specific fields can then be unlocked per case action so that only the relevant information can be edited.
